- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand business requirements for Calypso implementation.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of agile development stories, including requirements gathering, design, and implementation of Calypso system changes.
- Work closely with team members, including Developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Testers.
Skills and Experience:
- Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Calypso Backoffice Business Analyst, including requirements gathering and solution design.
- 5+ years of experience in Calypso configuration.
- Strong exposure to capital markets asset classes and functionality, especially FX, FXD, and BackOffice processing (particularly settlement).
- Experience in preparing and running workshops.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced problem-solving and solutioning skills.
