Role : Manager - Fraud Control Unit

Experience Required : 4-5 Years in Fraud Control Unit

Location : Prabhadevi, Mumbai


Job Responsibilities :

  • Fraud Prevention, Detection & Investigation of Internal / External & Whistle Blower Cases
  • Conduct in-depth investigations into suspected fraudulent activities across different LOBs and distribution channels
  • Collect, verify and analyze evidence & prepare investigation reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Expert in MS Excel & Power BI
  • Leverage data analytics tools to identify high risk areas
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights
  • Engage with law enforcement agencies, surveyors, lawyers and external investigators
  • Implement the fraud risk management framework in line with IRDAI guidelines
  • Identify and monitor fraud-prone areas and develop red flag indicators for proactive detection
  • Recommend system enhancements and process improvements to mitigate fraud risks
  • Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with IRDAIs Fraud Monitoring Framework (2025) and other regulatory directives.
  • Maintain the Fraud Risk Register and track investigation outcomes and recoveries
  • Prepare and submit quarterly and annual fraud reports to IRDAI and senior management
  • Develop Training modules & conduct awareness & to promote ethical culture & vigilance across the organization.
