Job Title: Manager FP&A (Vena Implementation)

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid 4 days from office)

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST

Experience: 5+ Years

About the Role

Manager FP&A will play a critical role in the end-to-end implementation of the Vena FP&A planning and analysis tool across the finance function. This role will work closely with senior finance stakeholders, FP&A teams, and operational users to ensure seamless implementation, integration, and adoption of Vena across multiple business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation and configuration of Vena across multiple platforms
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to design planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Manage data integration, financial model builds, testing cycles, and go-live execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies, including senior leadership, on project timelines and updates
• Build ad-hoc financial reports and dashboards as required
• Drive best practices in FP&A processes and system optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT
• 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A or finance systems roles
• Proven hands-on experience delivering Vena implementations
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Experience working in large, multi-entity environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical Skills

• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Outlook and SharePoint
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Background

• Experience in BPO, shared services, or outsourced finance environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with U.S.-based stakeholders
• Agile, adaptable, and ownership-driven approach
