Manager - FP&A

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our team in Bangalore!

You will be playing a key role in driving financial performance, sharing insights through data analysis to support strategic decision making. This role involves preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing actual results, supporting management and investor reporting, and leading initiatives to improve and automate financial processes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Role Overview:

Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Analysing business performance and key financial metrics

Data-driven decision-making and strategic insights

Driving efficiencies through process automation

Who We're Looking For:

Qualification: CA

Experience: 2-4 years

Skills: Strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills, and ability to work with large datasets

Industry Preference: Open to all, services industry preferred
