Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Vendor identification & Management (Fresh/Bakery, Retort, Frozen, Dehydrated) Pan India
- Create Product as per Target price & organization Guardrails.
- Food packaging Development for existing & new product development.
- Recipe validation & New product Recipe creation at vendor level factories & Production unit.
- Recipe tent card developing alongwith BOM for SKUs
- City Wise Fresh Food Vendor Coordination & Audits.
- Kitchen Automation Vendor identification & planning on kitchen.
- Working closely with Operations, Category & SCM team on New Product Launch.
- Arranging trails & NPS for Fresh food development.
- End to End Product launch management from Research, Development, Packaging, Launch.
- Retail Store audits to ensure Product Definition Experience is followed in stores.
- Defining Service guideline for both old & new product specification.
- Manage process development for existing and new products
Requirements:
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years
- Education: Hotel Management
- Should have worked in a renowned Caf chain or Restaurant chain
