Manager - Facility Maintenance & Management

  • Location: Baner-Sus / Kharadi, Pune
  • Vacancies: 3 Nos 
  • Reports to: GM FMM
  • Experience: 5+ years in facility management, with leadership experience
  • Team Size: Leading a team of technicians, supervisors, and vendors

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all maintenance activities across multiple buildings, ensuring timely repairs and routine inspections.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians, supervisors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, tenants, and stakeholders to address maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and building codes.
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and contract negotiations for maintenance services.
  • Prepare reports, maintenance dashboards, and compliance documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance operations.
  • Lead safety audits and incident investigations.

Must have experience (Non Negotiable):

  • 5+ years of facility management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale maintenance operations across multiple buildings.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including vendors, tenants, and internal teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, fire safety, STP, and building systems.
  • Budget management and operational planning expertise.

Nice to haves (Can be learned on-the-job):

  • Certification in Facility Management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM).
  • Experience with facility management software and digital tools.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Skills in contract management and cost optimization.
