Job Title: Manager Financial Reporting (Qualified CA)

Location: Navi Mumbai / Bengaluru (5 Days WFO)

Experience: 6 8 Years (Post Qualification)

Note : Prepared to consider immediate joiners as well as candidates with a 3060 days notice period, with mandatory experience from Big 4 audit/consulting firms (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, or PwC)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Controllership team as Manager Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate will be the in-house accounting expert responsible for monthly, quarterly & annual financial reporting as per IGAAP & IFRS, consolidation, and audit management (Big4 & internal audit). This role reports to the Director Reporting and plays a key part in setting up strong financial controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time accounting guidance as per IGAAP and IFRS
• Prepare & publish Monthly MIS with schedules
• Prepare Monthly Cash Flow Statements
• Manage internal & external audits (Big 4 exposure preferred)
• Coordinate with CS for XBRL & statutory filings
• Analyze revenue contracts to ensure accurate GAAP reporting
• Handle consolidation of multiple entities across APAC, ME & Africa
• Build strong process controls and compliance frameworks

Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

5+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting, reporting & audit

Experience across multiple jurisdictions (APAC/ME/Africa)

Hands-on in Consolidation of entities (Must have)

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards & IFRS

Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Experience with Big 4 (preferred)

Proficient in MS Excel & ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
