JOB DESCRIPTION:

Core Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of Annual Operating expense Plan for Freight and Distribution & Head office, CAPEX budgets of distribution department.
• Monthly MIS for Head office & Freight and Distribution performance monitoring against the Annual plans and identifying variances and presenting same to management on monthly basis.
• Assisting to internal team for improving operational and financial performance and participating in monthly performance reviews.
• Assisting and ensuring logistics and distribution operations are in compliance with company policies and best practices.
• CFA Audits report analysis and presentation to business.
• Assisting Distribution team in building HUB and CFA financial plans.
• Compliance related assignments (Risk Register)
• Working on the ongoing Margin and Profitability  Projects and new Assignments as and when come.

Key Competency Skills:

• Having excellent cross-functional communication skill.
• Strong financial control
• Proficient in excel & exposure of SAP preferred.
• Analytical skills
• Keen to learn

Education & Experience:

• CA with 2-4 years of experience.
