Manager - Finance

MHP India is looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Manager - Finance to support the CFO in driving the companys financial excellence. This role demands strong expertise in financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and SAP systems, along with the ability to streamline financial processes and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Support the CFO in monthly financial closing, accounting, and reporting activities.
• Manage monthly MIS preparation and ensure alignment with controlling requirements.
• Review and perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Conduct financial reconciliations between TALLY (historical data) and SAP GL balances.
• Prepare monthly and annual cash flow statements, including business modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.

Audit & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and related statutory requirements.
• Lead and support year-end audit procedures with Big Four firms.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements in line with regulatory standards.

SAP & Systems Expertise

• Work extensively on SAP R3 and/or SAP S/4HANA platforms.
• Support S/4HANA implementation activities including data migration, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., Rdl & Partner) on day-to-day financial operations.

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Define, document, and enhance financial procedures and internal controls.
• Develop robust business practices to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 912 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in IT/ITES or service-based organizations.
• Experience working with Big Four firms (preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in SAP (R3/S4HANA) financial modules.
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
• Strong analytical, modelling, and forecasting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and support leadership decision-making.
