Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as a Manager, Finance. This role is responsible for managing key financial processes, ensuring compliance with Accounting standards, and Driving Strategic Initiatives to support Business Growth.

 Responsibilities

• Manage recording, reporting and reconciliation of business transactions

• Work with functional and business leaders to understand & drive opportunities for Growth and managing cost

• Driving standardization & process improvements

• Ensure the accuracy of the organization’s financial results by recognizing and preventing misrepresentation, concealment, or omission of information

• Ensure timely closure of books

• Financial/MIS Reporting

• Support in Audits 

• Oversee Accounts payable and Banking

• Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations, maintaining accurate financial records.
