Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Ghaziabad for a Manager, Finance & Control. The individual will oversee financial controlling, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Finance & Accounting Foundation: Manage books of accounts as per proper accounting standards. Ensure proper compliance and filing of GST, TDS, and other mandatories including. PF, ESIC, etc.
2. Manage a finance team of 1-3 people to ensure proper bookkeeping and compliance.
3. Reconcile and match ledgers of key partners and cash flow management. Manage relations with key finance partners at customers.
4. Raw material inventory management, planning && control with sales and production teams.
5. Create a finance and performance MIS dashboard for periodic discussions with the management.
6. Drive compliance and payment monitoring of third-party marketplaces.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant [Required]
• 2-4 yeras experience in business finance and control. [Preferred]
• Strong, working knowledge of Tally [Required].
• Analytical, logical thinker [Required].
• Comfort with financial statement assessment and analysis.
• Confident with handling, structuring, and interpreting data.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel [Required]
• Attention to detail and a good understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
