Position Title: Manager Finance & Accounts

Job Summary:

Manager Finance & Accounts with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and a solid background in accounting. The incumbent will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, ensuring accurate month-end and year-end closing, handling accounts reconciliation, and ensuring statutory compliance related to GST, TDS and other tax requirements . This role calls for a strategic thinker with excellent accounting expertise and proven ability in managing financial operations through SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage core accounting operations using SAP S/4HANA Finance , including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and financial close processes.

Oversee accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts in compliance with accounting standards and timelines.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory tax returns .

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.

Provide leadership, training, and guidance to the accounts team, ensuring best practices and process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field .

Professional qualification such as CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) is preferred.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) module. Must have 15 plus years of experience

Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and core finance activities including accounts reconciliation and closing.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax provisions and compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage end-to-end financial operations and statutory compliance.
