Job Description

We are hiring for the role of Manager-Finance & Accounts, for our client a reputed Multi-Speciality hospital in Bengaluru.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss reports.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, manage general ledgers, and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Compliance & Taxation: Handle statutory compliances such as TDS, GST, PF, and other regulatory payments; support return filings and ensure compliance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and financial forecasting.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate and provide documentation for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor payments, manage invoicing, and handle employee reimbursements.
  • Financial Analysis & Strategy: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support management decisions.


Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CA / ICWA preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an accounting or finance role. (Min 10 years)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and strong knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective time management, problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and statutory compliance.
