Manager- Finance & Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AR, AP, and general ledger for hotel and Vikhroli assets.
• Coordinate with hotel operations for seamless execution of accounting activities.
• Oversee inventory, fixed assets accounting, and budgetary control processes.
• Conduct trial balance review, ledger scrutiny, and pass necessary closing and adjustment entries.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and ensure adherence to accounting policies and notes.
• Support corporate team in MIS reporting and quarterly/annual financial closures.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audit completion.
• Drive forecasting processes including monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range plans.
• Ensure compliance with direct/indirect tax laws, SEBI LODR, Companies Act, and regulatory filings.
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure timely vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and support system/process automation initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified CA with at least 4-6 years experience in accounting, financial controllership, IND AS, IGAAP, audit, taxation and SAP.
