Manager - Finance & Accounts

Finout is an accounting and financial services firm working with startups and growth-stage companies, helping them build strong finance functions. We provide services including bookkeeping, statutory compliance, internal audits, and strategic finance support.

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant who can own the Finance & Accounts function for a set of clients and work closely with founders and leadership teams.

Role Overview

Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts function for assigned clients

Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, and MIS

Ensure GST, TDS, Income-tax, and Companies Act compliances

Coordinate with auditors and consultants

Support clients with financial insights, budgeting, and cash flow planning

Guide and review work of junior accounting team members

Who Should Apply

Qualified CA

03 years of experience (articleship exposure in audit/accounting/tax preferred)

Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and corporate compliance

Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment
