Position: Manager Finance & Accounts

Location: Corporate Office, Baner, Pune

As Manager Finance & Accounts , you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will span across leading Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Book Closure, MIS Reporting, and Audit & Compliance.

Job Description:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Asset Management processes, ensuring efficiency and control.
• Oversee book closure activities , reconciliations, and month-end/year-end processes.
• Timely and accurate preparation and analysis of MIS reports .
• Handle audit queries , liaise with internal/external auditors, and proactively resolve issues.
• Implement and monitor finance control procedures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Drive process improvement and digitalization initiatives for enhanced efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts .
• Strong background in listed manufacturing industry .
• Hands-on experience with SAP and IND AS compliance .
• Proven expertise in Accounts Payables & Asset Management .
• Solid experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual book closing procedures .
• Ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
