Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Finance and Accounts Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the companys financial plans, policies, and accounting practices. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, forecasting budgets, analyzing financial trends, managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.

• 10+ Years Experience (Manufacturing Preferred)
• Financial transaction & systems optimization
• Vendor & supplier financial relationship management
• Accounts payable process improvement
• GST, Tax Planning & Income Tax compliance
• Ind AS financial statement preparation (Standalone & Consolidated)
• Monthly closing, audits & management reporting
• Direct tax computation, filings & tax workings
