Role Overview

The Manager Finance & Accounts will be responsible for end-to-end finance and accounts management in a manufacturing environment, ensuring strong financial controls, timely compliances, accurate reporting and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalization of books of accounts and periodic closures
• Preparation and review of MIS, financial reports and variance analysis
• Handling GST compliances , reconciliations, notices and assessments
• Managing statutory compliances (TDS, EPF, ESI, ROC, audits)
• Coordination with statutory auditors, tax auditors and consultants
• Monitoring working capital, cash flows, receivables and payables
• Oversight of inventory accounting, costing and stock controls
• Strengthening internal controls, SOPs and process efficiencies
• Supporting senior management with financial insights and decision-making data

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 34 years of post-qualification experience , preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
• Hands-on experience with ERP / accounting systems
• Good understanding of manufacturing costing and inventory processes
• Structured, detail-oriented and execution-focused approach
