Job Description

Manager will be responsible for overall ownership and delivery of activities within the Procure to Pay (P2P) function/process, (for e.g., Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, Travel & Expense Management, Accounts Payable) and will be designated as the Tower Lead for the P2P function.Key responsibilities for the Manager will include: Seamless delivery of P2P activities/sub-processes/processesReporting to senior internal and client stakeholders (per cadence/as required)Ensuring adherence to delivery SLAs / KPIsOverall leadership of P2P team (70+ team members)Transition and Service Delivery - Own and drive Master Transition Plan (MTP) for processes moving from client and function as a program manager.Monitor resourcing requirements and hiring per delivery needs and against MTP.Oversee knowledge transition, training, and technology requirements to drive a successful transition.Ensure seamless service delivery in alignment with agreed SLAs/KPIsOperational ExcellenceFunction as a functional expert for the client and deliver value-driven transformation of P2P processes using advanced tools & technology.Promote process excellence around end-to- end P2P processes.Drive process standardization and improvements / transformation projects.Align on improvement roadmap, performance targets, and roadblocks, with leadership.Apply forward thinking, best practices, and fresh insights to improve delivery SLAs / metrics.Provide subject matter expertise to internal and client stakeholders in matters of P2P processes/activities as requiredChange ManagementFunction as a change champion and drive change management for transformational initiatives.Review updates to process documentation (SOPs, process maps, desktop procedures etc.) and drive approval process with internal and client stakeholdersGovernanceConvene governance meetings with relevant stakeholders as per governance cadence.Review process performance with relevant stakeholders.Ensure on-time escalation of issues to relevant stakeholders and senior leadership (as required) and mitigation of issues and risks reported by stakeholdersPeople ManagementBuild relationships with internal and client stakeholders.Overall resource & performance management for teamActively drive hiring of junior practitionersClient interfacing skills
