Manager/Executive Manager CoRe Research & Insights

Work youll do

 The incumbent will play a significant role in developing new account relationships, designing market-facing strategic insights solutions for senior leadership in Deloitte for their business development, client engagement, practice development, or eminence agendas

 Drive consultative discussions to engage prospective users to gauge their current and future needs. Suggest alternatives, and design customized solutions meeting unique needs of diverse customer groups

 Responsible for the account management of a set of existing customers and augmenting client intimacy generating increased demand

 Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis that reflect ability to connect various pieces of information, identifying patterns and forming logical structure to present a compelling story.

 Present crisp and actionable insights/recommendations for senior leadership with an acute focus for so-what for Deloittes clients and businesses

 Manage results in projects following the best practices in project and time management, while adhering to quality guidelines always

 Liaise with colleagues from Deloitte offices spread across the globe and stakeholders to understand, refine, and manage project expectations and priorities.

 Lead and deliver on operational workstreams at team level

 Mentor and coach new members in the team to come up to speed

Project and stakeholder management

 Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills to drive business growth and awareness of the team internally

 Ability to drive impactful presentations to senior leadership and designing research solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers

Internal Sales/Business Development

 A growth mindset that applies in ability to identify and prioritize an outreach plan with new customer groups. Experience in increasing teams/product visibility by proactively engaging internal/external stakeholders

 Ability to negotiate and manage constraints to ensure optimal balance between demand and resourcing

 Knowledge of basic CRM tools or approaches are desirable

 Experience in cross-selling/up-selling research solutions

 Identify new growth opportunities for the teams services

 Ability to provide solutions proactively based on current or potential requirements

Scoping

 Strong understanding of one or more industries which translates into developing business-facing insights solutions

 Ability to drive consultative discussions with stakeholders to probe the desired outcomes and suggest appropriate solutions

 Pre-empt potential intelligence needs and architect new products/services/frameworks

 Good knowledge and of databases public sources of information, and industry specific sources and  discretion of their relevance and accuracy

Insight generation

Analytical skills to provide actionable insights to practitioners. This will require,

       Critical thinking that can help look beyond obvious and create hypothesis

       Ability to generate extrapolative and forward-looking insights through both qualitative and quantitative analysis

       Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and operating metrics of companies to assess opportunities for Deloitte and our clients

       Understanding of various strategic / forecasting models and frameworks and applying them as relevant

       Experience in processing information in compelling visualization with logical structuring

 Industry Knowledge

Proficiency in the one or more industries, especially in terms of,

       Understanding of value chain of various sectors

       Key performance indicators (KPIs) operational and financial

       Familiarity with operating structures and regulations
