Key Responsibility :

Compliance Monitoring Framework

Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance monitoring plan aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g., IRDAI, PFRDA, UIDAI, CESARI, GDPR, SEBI, RBI, etc. as applicable).

Identify key risk areas and establish monitoring controls to detect potential compliance breaches.

Monitoring, Surveillance & Remediation

Conduct thematic reviews, testing, and control assessments across business units.
Identify emerging compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
Track remediation of identified issues and ensure timely closure of audit/compliance findings.
Partner with risk, audit, and business teams to strengthen controls.

Regulatory Reporting & Governance

Ensure timely submission of monitoring reports, findings, and remediation plans to senior management.
Review and update compliance monitoring policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes.
Qualifications & Experience : Postgraduate degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration; professional certifications such as CA, CS, LLB, CAMS preferred.

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (IRDAI, PFRDA, UIDAI, CESARI, SEBI, GDPR, RBI, etc.).
