Role Overview:

We are looking for a Manager Index Administration to manage the governance, maintenance, and integrity of market indices (commodity, thematic, and strategic benchmarks). The role requires ensuring compliance with global best practices and regulatory standards, coordinating with internal teams, regulators (e.g., SEBI), and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Index Governance & Compliance: Develop policies, ensure compliance with SEBI and IOSCO standards, and manage documentation.
• Operational Oversight: Validate price feeds, manage index calculations, and oversee rebalancing and corporate actions.
• Methodology Management: Support the development of new index methodologies and review existing ones.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with SEBI, data vendors, and market participants; manage queries.
• Technology & Systems Management: Ensure reliability of index calculation and dissemination systems.
• Risk & Audit: Lead internal audits, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
