Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management & Execution

• Own and lead the delivery of Oracle engagements across cloud (Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM) and on-premise platforms (EBS, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards).
• Should have good exposure to Oracle DB
• Ensure delivery quality, customer satisfaction, SLA adherence, and timely execution across all programs and accounts.
• Drive delivery transformation including Agile adoption, automation, DevOps for Oracle solutions, and cloud-first delivery models.
• Establish and run delivery governance structures across accounts, programs, and verticals.

People & Practice Leadership

• Manage a large Oracle delivery workforce across locations; lead workforce planning, talent development, and performance management.
• Build a strong Oracle competency across Oracle DB and technical areas (PaaS, Integration, Analytics).
• Drive associate engagement, career pathing, upskilling, and internal mobility to enhance team retention and motivation.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture aligned with organizational values.

Client & Market Engagement

• Act as the key delivery interface for strategic Oracle customers—ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and partnership.
• Work closely with account teams and sales leadership to support pre-sales, solutioning, client presentations, and proposal development.
• Engage in client governance forums, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning meetings to influence outcomes and build confidence.
• Build relationships with Oracle product teams and partners to stay aligned with roadmap and leverage joint go-to-market opportunities.

Operational & Financial Ownership

• Manage delivery P&L for Oracle practice in India; ensure cost optimization, high utilization, and margin health.
• Drive forecasting, resource planning, and staffing decisions to support business growth and delivery excellence.
• Track delivery KPIs, quality metrics, and operational performance and report regularly to global leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT services with at least 8–10 years in Oracle delivery and leadership roles.
• Strong track record in delivering Oracle DB and/or Oracle on-premise solutions (EBS, PeopleSoft, JDE) across industries.
• Deep understanding of global delivery models, managed services, and Oracle implementation best practices.
• Proven experience in managing large, distributed delivery teams (100+ associates is a plus).
• Excellent client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
• Oracle certifications or project management certifications (PMP, Agile, ITIL) are desirable.
• Industry experience in verticals like BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, or Public Sector adds value.
