Manager - Engineering (Spinning - Woven Fabric)

Exposure to Spinning Production Machineries like Hydraulic Bale Press, Blendomat, Blowroom, Carding, UNILap, Draw Frames, RSB, Speed Frame, Ring Frame, Winding, Link Coners, PINTER, Amsler, Laxmi Caipo, TFO, Yarn Conditioning System and All Spinning Laboratory Machines.

Exposure to Air Compressors, Chillers, Humidification Plants, Water Supply Station and Waste Collection Systems used for Spinning Plant.

Knowledge of Inverters Drives, Motors, PLC, HMI, Industrial PCs & related electronics is essential.

Independent handling of shift duty for routine maintenance activities of Spinning section.

Knowledge of State Electricity Board Power Supply Distribution – HTMC, RMU, HT

Station, HT Transformer, LT PCC Distribution, APFC, Bus Coupler, BBT and other all electrical switchgears – MCCB, MCB, RCCB, ELCB, SFU, MPCB.
