We are looking for an experienced Manager Engineer (Electricals) to lead a high-performing engineering team involved in the design and execution of advanced electrical control and power distribution systems.

With a legacy of over five decades in delivering LV to EHV electrical substations, power distribution, and industrial electrification projects , the organization has a strong footprint across Southern India , serving both public and private sector clients , including large infrastructure and industrial projects.

• Lead engineering design, detailing, and validation of PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC, and automation panels
• Interpret customer specifications, SLDs, GA and schematic drawings to ensure technically compliant designs
• Finalize component selection considering cost, standards, availability, and performance
• Own engineering BOMs, wiring diagrams, and documentation for production and testing
• Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure manufacturability and resolve shop-floor issues
• Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards , statutory requirements, and customer specifications
• Support FAT, routine/type testing , and customer inspections
• Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and design standardization
• Plan resources, manage engineering schedules, and ensure on-time project delivery
• Work cross-functionally with sales, procurement, quality, and vendors
• Implement engineering processes aligned with ISO 9001
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

• Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• 1015 years of experience in electrical panel/switchboard engineering
• 35 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong exposure to LV/MV switchgear, MCCs, power distribution & automation panels
• Hands-on experience with short-circuit calculations, cable sizing, busbar sizing, and heat dissipation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD tools
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
