Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Design and Implement ER strategy / Policies for SBU Plants.
Maintaining Harmonious Industrial Relations and Vigilance pertaining to the requirement of Workforce.
Proactively provide continuous support to Plants in terms of ER deliverables.
Ensure compliance to statutory requirements.
Ensure workforce engagement and capability building through various ER Initiatives.
Establish Systematic plan for Skill Upgradation and Multiskilling of people based on Operating requirements.
Contract Labour Management.Employee Welfare pertaining to Statute and Company.
Management and Coordination of Canteen Facility.
Time Office Mgmt.Handling Court Matters pertaining to Labour and liasion with govt authorities.
Manage procedure of Disciplinary action / Inquiry etc.
Preferred Industries
Education Qualification
PDGM in Human Resource / Master of Labour Studies
MBA in Human Resources
Bachelors of Law
General Experience
10+ yeras of experience in Employee Relation / Industrial Relations.
Handling Labour Unions, Legal and Compliance.
