Job Description

The candidate will handle below responsibilities for Blue collar employees based out of Santej.

 

Conflict resolution: 

Mediate and resolve employee grievances, disputes, and conflicts between employees and management. 

Investigation: 

Conduct thorough investigations into workplace issues, employee complaints, and policy violations. 

Policy and compliance: 

Help develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with labor laws and promote a fair and respectful workplace. 

labor relations: 

Manage relationships with employee organizations, including contract negotiations and administration. 

Training and development: 

Train managers and staff on employee relations best practices, fair treatment, and performance management. 

And any other responsibilities as and when given by the Manager.


Education - MSW, MLW, LLB preferred
