Role Overview
Recykal is looking for a dynamic Manager Employee Engagement to lead organization-wide engagement strategy, employer branding initiatives, and performance management frameworks. This role will be instrumental in strengthening workplace culture, enhancing employee experience, and positioning Recykal as an employer of choice while ensuring performance-driven growth.
The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, culture-building expertise, and strong HR process leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with Recykals mission and growth plans
- Drive initiatives to improve employee morale, retention, and overall workplace experience
- Lead employee listening mechanisms (surveys, pulse checks, feedback forums) and convert insights into action plans
- Plan and execute engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities
- Partner with leadership to reinforce Recykals values and build a high-performance culture.
2. Employer Branding
- Develop and execute employer branding strategy to strengthen Recykals positioning in the talent market
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to create compelling employer value proposition (EVP) content
- Drive employer branding campaigns across digital platforms, social media, career pages, and internal channels
- Showcase employee stories, workplace culture, and impact-driven initiatives to attract top talent
- Monitor brand perception metrics and continuously enhance candidate and employee experience
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Recykals Performance Management System
- Ensure goal-setting frameworks (OKRs/KPIs) are aligned with business objectives
- Drive performance review cycles, feedback mechanisms, and appraisal processes
- Enable managers through training on performance conversations, feedback culture, and development planning
- Use performance data and analytics to identify trends, capability gaps, and development needs
4. Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on engagement and performance topics
- Provide insights through engagement and performance metrics dashboards
- Influence leadership decisions through data-driven HR recommendations
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in employee engagement strategy and culture transformation
- Proven experience in employer branding and EVP development
- Deep understanding of Performance Management Systems and appraisal frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Strong project management and execution capability
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- 68+ years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to engagement, employer branding, and PMS
- Experience in high-growth, tech-driven focussed organizations preferred
