Manager - Dye Lab (Knits Fabric)

Dye Formulation and Testing: Develop and prepare dye formulations for knitted fabrics based on color specifications. Conduct laboratory dyeing tests to determine the optimal dye recipes. Analyze and interpret test results to ensure color accuracy and consistency.

Quality Control: Perform quality control tests on dyed samples to ensure they meet specified standards. Evaluate colorfastness, shade consistency, and other quality parameters. Collaborate with the quality control team to address any dyeing issues or defects.

Process Optimization: Research and implement new dyeing techniques and processes to improve efficiency and quality. Optimize existing dyeing processes to reduce waste and enhance productivity. Stay updated with advancements in dyeing technology and materials.

Lab Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain dyeing laboratory equipment and instruments. Ensure that all lab equipment is calibrated and in good working condition. Coordinate with the maintenance team for any repairs or servicing required.
