Role Description

This is a part-time / full-time, on-site role in Gurgaon for a Manager Donor Relations. The Manager Donor Relations will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with donors, implementing donor engagement strategies, and managing annual giving campaigns. The individual will oversee donor contributions, ensure proper acknowledgment, and manage communication to enhance donor satisfaction and retention. The role will also involve planning and executing projects aligned with the foundations mission and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve fundraising objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Annual Giving and Philanthropy to successfully drive donor campaigns and funding initiatives
• Proven experience in Donor Relations and Donor Management to maintain and enhance relationships with stakeholders
• Project Management skills to oversee and execute campaigns, events, and development programs effectively
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills to evaluate funding opportunities and donor engagement metrics
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in nonprofit or fundraising roles is an advantage
