Manager – Donor Management/Impact Partnership

PositionOverview:

TheManager Donor Managementwillbe responsible forbuilding, nurturing, and managing relationships with institutional and individual donors, ensuring effective donor communication, compliance, and engagement. This role is critical in driving fundraising efforts and enabling long-term partnerships that fuel impactful projects across India.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Donor Relationship Management:

• Build andmaintainstrong, long-term relationships with existing and potential donors (corporates, foundations, HNIs, and individuals).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key donors and funding partners.
• Organize donor meetings, presentations, and site visits toshowcaseimpact.

• Fundraising and Proposal Development:

• Collaborate with program teams to develop compelling funding proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes aligned with donor priorities.
• Track fundraising pipelines and follow up on new leads and potential partnerships.
• Maintain updated knowledge of donor trends and CSR landscape.

• Reporting and Compliance:

• Ensuretimely, high-quality donor reports with narrative and financial updates.
• Track grant timelines, deliverables, budgets, and documentation to ensure donor compliance.
• Coordinate with finance and program teams foraccuratedata andimpactmetrics.

• Communication and Stewardship:

• Develop and share regular donor communication materials such as newsletters, annual reports, impact stories, etc.
• Plan and execute donor engagement campaigns and appreciation initiatives.
• Represent the organization at donor events, conferences, and CSR forums.

• Database and MIS:

• Maintain and update donor databases, dashboards, and CRM systems.
• Analyzefundraising performance and donorbehaviorfor strategy improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Masters degree in social work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 57 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, CSR partnerships, or institutional fundraising in the development/NGO sector.
3. Proventrack recordof securing grants or CSR funds.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
5. Excellent proposal/report writing and donor presentation capabilities.
6. Detail-oriented with strong project management and coordination skills.
7. Proficiencyin MS Office, CRM tools, and donor reporting systems.

Remuneration:
