Manager Domestic Air Freight

Purpose: Lead and execute domestic air freight operations, driving revenue growth and ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement district air freight strategy.
• Build strong relationships with airlines, trading partners, and customers.
• Monitor shipment performance metrics (SPD, RPD, EPD, RPS, revenue/expense ratio).
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular customer reviews, retention/sales calls, and provide competitive pricing solutions.
• Manage billing, vendor payments, and financial compliance.
• Evaluate service providers and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Promote compliance, integrity, and organizational culture.
• Drive adoption of system tools and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Strong knowledge of domestic air freight market.
