Manager - Distribution Planning And Program Management

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 • Responsible to maintain the Management Information System and provide insights and analyze the data • Prepare Daily/Monthly Dashboard and initiate in automating them • Assist the central team and sales channel in creating powerful dashboards to be shown to the Senior Management • Coordinate between the various teams involved and ensuring alignment between multiple stakeholders including the Key Accounts Manager, National Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager • Processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirements • Bancassurance strategy & execution  Responsible to maintain the Management Information System and provide insights and analyze the data • Prepare Daily/Monthly Dashboard and initiate in automating them • Assist the central team and sales channel in creating powerful dashboards to be shown to the Senior Management • Maintain relationships with various sales channels and other internal customers • Support the organization by executing the programs and initiatives of the company •

 Key Requirements – Education & Certification 

•  Graduate/Post Graduate

 • Excellent communication, coordination skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, relationship management and soft skills are required • Proven experience of 1+ years in the similar role is required • Preference will be given to the candidate with Bancassuran
