Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Overall experience of 6 to 10 years to develop and deliver transformation strategy for enhancing customer experience, optimisation & revamp of sales process customised to LMM business.
  2. Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, translating them into actionable product requirements.
  3. Evaluate, select, and implement digital tools and technologies that enhance the sales process, including CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  4. Create & own product roadmap for all digital products (Portals & Website) in line with business requirements.
  5. Analyse and streamline existing sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless development and roll-out of products.

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of digital products.
