Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Manager with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to drive results across paid and organic digital channels .
This role requires hands-on ownership of campaign execution, performance analysis, reporting, and optimization , along with managing organic social media and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across performance and branding objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, optimize spends, and improve ROI.
- Prepare and execute media plans aligned with marketing goals.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across paid and organic initiatives.
- Conduct detailed performance analysis using Excel and PowerPoint .
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and outcomes.
Organic Social Media & Content
- Manage the brands organic social media presence , including content ideation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Develop and execute content strategies and social media calendars .
- Stay updated with platform changes and emerging trends across social and digital marketing.
SEO & Digital Growth
- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies .
- Monitor SEO performance and implement optimization initiatives.
MarTech & Automation
- Work with MarTech and automation platforms such as Integrately, WebEngage, Zoho, or similar tools.
- Plan and execute drip marketing campaigns (added advantage).

Qualifications
- 57 years of experience in digital marketing roles .
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
- Hands-on experience across paid marketing, organic social, content strategy, and SEO .
- Good understanding of marketing automation and MarTech platforms .
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, proactive, go-getter attitude .
- Ability to stay current with trends across performance marketing, branding, social, and SEO .
