Manager/Deputy Manager – Presales & Bid Management

We are seeking an experienced Presales & Bid Manager to join our team and manage the end-to-end bid process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid management, a comprehensive understanding of the Bid Lifecycle, and preferably hold an APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification. Experience in the healthcare domain and a good understanding of the IT services industry are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Bid Management : Lead and manage the bid process from initial identification of opportunities through to submission and post-submission review.
• Bid Lifecycle Management : Ensure that all stages of the Bid Lifecycle are executed effectively, including pre-bid preparation, proposal development, bid submission, and post-bid activities.
• Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, legal, and technical teams, to gather information and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
• Stakeholder Management : Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
• Documentation and Compliance : Ensure that all bid documentation is accurate, compliant with customer requirements, and adheres to company standards.
• Continuous Improvement : Implement best practices and lessons learned to improve the bid process continuously.
• Client Visit Management : End-to end orchestration of client visits

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bid management, preferably in the healthcare domain.
• In-depth understanding of the Bid Lifecycle.
• APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification preferred.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using bid management tools and software.
• Good understanding of the IT services industry is a plus.
