Your Impact

You will be the backbone of our UK bookkeeping practicedriving performance, guiding teams, and ensuring smooth, accurate, compliant client delivery.

You will:

• Lead end-to-end UK bookkeeping operations across multiple clients
• Coach, mentor, and grow an empowered team of bookkeepers
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and UK VAT adherence
• Streamline processes and drive operational excellence
• Build strong, proactive relationships with UK clients
• Manage onboarding and transition of new clients with precision
