Manager - Delivery IO Applications

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Lead and manage a team of 3rd party developers ensuring high-quality deliverables 
and adherence to timelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET, Java, Spring Boot, 
Angular, React, and Microservices architecture.
• Oversee project management activities using tools like Jira and manage code 
repositories via Bitbucket.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying and managing 
applications, including containers, Kubernetes, static apps, and blob storage.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide 
technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Be available for on-call travel to business locations as required

Experience

10–13 years in software development and leadership roles.

Industry Preferred

IT / Service Industry/ Industrial / Automotive

Qualifications

BE in Computer Science/equivalent or MCA

General Requirements

1. Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks etc). and middle ware development (e.g., Java, Rest API, Microservices).
2. Working knowledge of database management, SQL and key cloud platforms.
3. Experiance in DevSecOps and Integrations
4. Experience in mobile application development (iOS, Android).
5.. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
6. Understanding of quality assurance processes and practices.
7. Performance monitoring & observability process & tools
8. Should have familiarity with security concepts
