Job Description
Responsibilities
- Connect and consult with clients to pitch and customize solutions for DEI needs/organizational culture transformation
- Own and pursue business goals specific to consulting delivery solutions
- Create research instruments (surveys/FGD questionnaires)
- Conduct assessments & research studies (surveys & FGDs)
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analyses
- Review and present analyses on findings
- Draft, Present /publish detailed reports
- Writing articles & research papers
