Job Role : Manager - Dealer Development
Job Description:
- Identification & scouting of potential markets and proposing with robust business case using competition mapping, market survey, industry trends & research.
- Proactively identify and evaluate prospective dealership partners in priority markets through detailed research, demand mapping, and geographic analysis.
- Identification & scouting of potential markets and proposing with robust business case using competition mapping, market survey, industry trends & research.
- Prepare business proposals and deliver presentations to potential dealers, showcasing the value proposition, growth trajectory, and strategic benefits of collaboration.
- Coordination with dealers and vendors for PI, payment, dispatch, & installation. Ensuring the work execution through dealers architect/turnkey project manager.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new dealerships, ensuring seamless alignment with company processes, operational policies, legal frameworks, and coordination with CFTs (Viz., -Sales, Service, Project & Infra, Legal, Design) to ensure timely commencement of business.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between the company and its dealer network, ensuring transparent communication and swift resolution of concerns.
- Equip dealer staff with essential product knowledge, system training, and best practices to enhance retail performance and customer engagement.
- Ensure dealership compliance with brand guidelines covering showroom CI, service processes, and customer experience standards.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess adherence to operational policies, ensuring uniform standards across the network.
- Maintaining strong, professional relationships with dealer principals and management teams to drive operational synergy and uphold brand integrity.
