About the Role
- Were looking for a passionate culture builder to join our People & Culture team. As Manager Culture, you will be the driving force behind our diversity and inclusion, Health & Wellness and employer branding initiatives. This role is about creating an environment where every employee feels valued, inspired, and empowered to reach their full potential and thrive.
- What Youll Do
- Design & implement DEI programs to improve representation, inclusion, and belonging.
- Review policies, run awareness sessions, and support employee resource groups.
- Build and execute employer branding campaigns across social media, careers site, campuses, and industry forums.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, and leaders to embed DEI and EVP in talent practices.
- Track DEI & branding metrics, prepare dashboards, and recommend improvements.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and content creation (stories, videos, campaigns)
- champion inclusivity, embed equitable practices, and track progress.
- Build recognition culture manage rewards and recognition frameworks that celebrate everyday impact.
- Measure impact track participation, feedback, and outcomes to continuously raise the bar.
