MANAGER CRM

Position Title: Manager - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)  

• Location: Wakad (CENTRO)
• Reports To: AGM - CRM  

Key Responsibilities:  

• - Oversee the registration process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial inquiry to successful registration.  
• - Manage collection processes, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records of client transactions.  
• - Facilitate possession handovers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure all requirements are met for a smooth transition.  
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.  
• - Develop and implement referral programs to encourage existing clients to refer new customers.  
• - Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all CRM-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.  
• - Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions and transactions, generating reports for management review.  
• - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.  
• - Conduct training sessions for junior team members on CRM best practices and effective relationship management.  

Qualifications:  

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.  
• - 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or a related industry.  
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships.  
• - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.  
• - Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, with the ability to analyze data and generate insights.
