CRM Manager - Registrations

Reports to: AGM CRM

Experience: 5+ years in CRM or Real Estate sales/customer management

  • Achieving a 15% increase in registration conversions month-on-month
  • Developing a seamless, personalized registration journey
  • Building a strong database of potential buyers for targeted marketing
  • Establishing streamlined processes to reduce registration cycle time by 20%

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to maximize registrations from various channels
  • Manage communication flows (emails, calls, SMS) targeting prospects at the registration stage
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns for lead capture
  • Monitor registration funnel metrics and optimize touchpoints for higher conversion
  • Maintain detailed records of prospects and their engagement levels
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices for registration engagement
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure GDPR compliance

Must have experience (Non Negotiable):

  • Proven experience in CRM management within the real estate or high-value sales sector
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification, and nurturing processes
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to haves (Can be learned on-the-job):

  • Experience with automation tools and AI-driven CRM enhancements
