invites application for Manager - Corporate Resource Centre

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) initiatives in the Biotechnology domain.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both Life Sciences academia and industry engagement, and can build strong corporate partnerships to enhance placements, internships, live projects, research collaborations, and industry outreach.

Role Focus:

Build strong industry linkages (Biotech, Pharma, Healthcare, Research Labs)

Drive placements, internships & corporate engagement

Organize recruitment drives & industry interactions

Develop long-term strategic partnerships

Eligibility:

UG in Biotechnology/Life Sciences + MBA (Marketing/HR/Sales)

58 years experience in corporate relations/placements/business development

Desired Competencies:

• Excellent communication & presentability, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Biotechnology industry ecosystem
• Target-driven, proactive, and relationship-focused approach
• Proven track record in B2B management, talent acquisition, corporate relations and securing job placements.
• A strong network in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industry is a plus
