Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Overall incharge of Costing and Finance and Accounting function at Asangaon location, supervise and guide both the teams.
• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates to models, Collaborate across functional teams to obtain relevant information and respond to market needs in time.
• Considerable level of expertise in BoM and Routing cost roll-ups, Overhead allocations and ability to substitute these methodologies with practical approaches where required
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including ability to build complex formulas, organize base data and derive meaningful analytical outcomes.
• Conduct regular reviews of cost estimates of models to ensure accuracy and relevancy
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement necessary changes
• Be aware of Inventory valuation techniques and relevant Accounting standards
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly cost analysis data along with Variance Analysis reports on Budget Vs Actuals and present the same to Management along with suitable explanations.
• Collaborate with Operations team to drive measures to improve capacity utilization, reduce working capital, with greater focus on inventory Management
• Guide support and mentor team to achieve high performance outcomes.

Note :- PRODUCT COSTING EXPERIENCE to minimum 7+ years AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE TO 12+ YEARS required.
