Amity University Noida invites application for the post of Manager-CRC for Amity Agricultural and Allied Discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture strong partnerships with existing corporate partners to facilitate student placements.
• Identify, approach, and establish new relationships with potential recruiters to diversify placement opportunities.
• Regularly engage with industry professionals to understand their evolving needs and expectations.

Student Placement Coordination:

• Act as the primary liaison between students and corporate partners to ensure successful placements.
• Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for interviews and connecting with industry representatives.

Industry-Centric Events:

• Plan, organize, and execute industry-focused events such as career fairs, workshops, and networking sessions.
• Coordinate guest lectures, panel discussions, and seminars featuring industry experts to enhance students' industry knowledge and networking opportunities.

Recruitment Outreach:

• Develop a comprehensive strategy to attract new recruiters and employers to the campus.
• Maintain an updated database of industry contacts and organizations.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of student placements, including success stories and feedback from corporate partners.
• Generate periodic reports on placement statistics and industry engagement activities

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualification:

• Education: Masters degree in related field i.e. Agricultural and Allied Discipline, will be given preference.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong corporate networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and hiring practices.
• Student mentoring and counselling skills.
• Proficiency in placement management systems, and digital platforms.
