About the Role:

Imperial School of Banking and Management Studies is looking for a dynamic Corporate Relations & Outreach professional to expand our recruiter network and generate placement and internship opportunities for PGDM students. The role is primarily focused on corporate outreach, business development, and industry engagement with BFSI organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Outreach & Business Development

Identify and connect with Banks, NBFCs, Insurance companies, FinTech firms, and financial institutions

Conduct cold outreach, corporate visits, and networking activities to onboard recruiters

Build and maintain a strong recruiter pipeline for placements and internships

Generate new corporate partnerships for hiring, internships, and industry engagement

Recruiter Engagement

Coordinate with companies for campus hiring drives and internship opportunities

Maintain regular engagement with HR and Talent Acquisition teams

Support end-to-end recruitment coordination for campus hiring

Placement Support

Assist in organizing placement drives, interviews, and recruiter interactions

Maintain recruiter database and track placement outreach activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA / PGDM
• 25 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, Sales, or Recruitment
• Exposure to BFSI sector will be preferred
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conduct corporate outreach and build recruiter partnerships

Preferred Profile:

Experience in education industry / campus placements / BFSI

Prior exposure to BFSI companies or HR networks
