Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Working on global partner portal to receive instruction, query resolutions, uploading quotes, invoices and policy
documents.
· Sharing instruction for QMS and quoting with the sales / Service team.
· Follow up internally to ensure quotes and invoices are issued within TAT
· Coordinating with UW for iterations on quotes and checking of the Quotes with the instructions.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure policy issuance within TAT.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements with company policies
· Ensure efficient and accurate processing of all global transactions within agreed TAT to ensure timely issuance of
policy and a satisfied global partner.
· Maintain relationship tracker to be maintained on real time basis.
· Publish weekly/monthly MIS to global partner.
Key Requirements – Education & Certification
· Graduate.
· Basic Insurance domain knowledge is required.
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
· Minimum 2 years experience in client servicing, Branch operations, Corporate Operations profile
