• Manage client expectations & satisfaction
• Gather Market Intelligence
• Manage Alternate Channels
• Manage Interdepartmental process-coordination.
• Adhere to Internal processes, TATs, Compliance requirements on updates in systems and handovers
• Keep abreast of changing internal processes and adapting to the same.
