About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager Industrial Licensing to manage end-to-end industrial licensing, statutory approvals, and regulatory compliance across business units. The role involves close coordination with government authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals, renewals, and zero regulatory non-compliance, enabling smooth and uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end industrial licensing including application, renewal, and amendment of licenses
• Ensure 100% statutory and regulatory compliance across central and state regulations
• Liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities for approvals and issue resolution
• Monitor compliance status, ensure audit readiness , and address gaps proactively
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and compliance risks
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, trackers, and MIS reports
• Track regulatory changes and drive risk mitigation actions

• Timely acquisition and renewal of all industrial licenses and approvals
• Zero regulatory non-compliance, penalties, or escalations
• Strong coordination with central and state authorities for smooth approvals

Education & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Science / Management
• 1012 years of relevant experience in industrial licensing or regulatory compliance

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of industrial licensing frameworks and statutory compliances
• Hands-on experience with approvals such as:
• Factory License
• Trade License
• Pollution Control (PCB)
• Fire & Safety
• PESO
• DGFT
• DPIIT and other applicable industrial approvals
